Muslim Male boy Baby Names
Muslim boy names are often misnamed as Arabic Boy names but this is really a completely different set of names. The purpose of this page is to concentrate on Muslim Baby Boy Male names only with Muslim Girl Female names on a seperate page.
The purpose of this list of muslim boy names is to help parents in choosing names for newborn baby and of course the name that the child will carry on into adulthood. The importance of choosing a name suitable not only for children but also one which may have a significant effect on the babies development and personality cannot be underestimated. I recently met up again with a former stduent who had changed not only her first name but also her second as she had been advised by her Imam of the negative energy surrounding her originals.
Whether you are the Mother or Father of a new child, the list below should give you some inspiration as to what to call you Muslim baby. Despite what I said at the start, the odd Modern Arabic Baby Name may have "sneaked" in to the list of names. These baby name lists are organised alphabetically and may soon number so many that I will need to split the list into two distinct section.
The following names have been obtained from a variety of sources and are taken in good faith. Should you wish to use these names then it is suggested that you verify the meanings with the Imam at your local mosque.
